JACQUELINE MASON
Biomedical Visualization and Education

Jacqueline Mason
Digital technologies, such as mobile applications and virtual reality, have the power to transform science and medical education. However, applications must be developed thoughtfully and implemented strategically for use in any education space. Without intentional design and seamless integration, these technologies can distract from the educational experience.
Jacqueline Mason is uniquely prepared to tackle these technology design challenges, especially for science, health, and medical education. She has graduate training in interactive visualization, biomedical science, and educational technology, enabling her to design visually pleasing interactive experiences that also engage, motivate, and achieve learning goals.

As an instructional designer, Jacqueline partnered with professors at top-tier universities to translate on-ground course material into beautiful, seamless, and effective online courses. In her current capacity, Jacqueline has leveraged her prior experiences and training to inform how she approaches projects in medical simulation, virtual reality and game design. She has the ability to conceptualize and define projects at a high level while also contributing to 2D and 3D asset production. Using her unique visual problem solving abilities, Jacqueline strives to transform how people learn science and medicine.
Outside of work and side projects, Jacqueline loves the outdoors, getting outside to hike and climb as much as possible!
